御鼎興Ｘ禾乃川國產豆製所聯手合作，選用台灣在地小農栽種，且透明可溯源的上等國產豆，經長時間細心手作，純天然古法釀酵法，味噌在木桶發酵三個月以上，醬油在陶甕日曝六個月以上，最後將味噌與醬油結合，再以大灶文火柴燒，集甘濃香醇為一體，淬鍊出全台灣唯一味噌御露油膏。
